What does Free include?
The complete feedback and review workflow, capacity for 1 active preview, a 1-day maximum preview lifetime, 1 automatically generated API key, SSL, runtime and build logs, and in-place updates. Free does not include access protection, add-ons, or support.
Is the 14-day evaluation the same as a preview’s lifetime?
No. The evaluation grants Individual or Teams features for 14 days, once per workspace. Individual previews can live for up to 7 days each; Teams previews for up to 14 days each. Free previews have a maximum lifetime of 1 day.
What happens after the evaluation?
Your workspace automatically continues on Free without a charge. Paid-plan resources are preserved for a 24-hour grace period. Subscribe to Individual or Teams after an Individual evaluation, or Teams after a Teams evaluation, during that period to keep them. Otherwise, resources Free does not include—such as databases, custom domains and previews beyond Free capacity—are permanently deleted. Database contents and removed deployment artifacts are deleted; project, feedback and review history remain.
Can I start on Free and evaluate a paid plan later?
Yes. Start on Free and activate your workspace’s one-time Individual or Teams evaluation when you need to test more capacity or paid features. No credit card is required and no subscription is created by the evaluation.
What happens when I reach my preview capacity?
You cannot create another preview until an existing preview expires or is destroyed, or you add capacity on a paid plan. Check usage in the dashboard or with prev list.
How do upgrades, downgrades and payments work?
Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Payments are processed through Paddle, with major credit cards and PayPal where available.
